OPTIMIZATION of  forming processes NI and CU alloy for electrical industry

CZ.01.1.02/0.0/0.0/16_045/0010727

Our company has gained  a project, which is  co-funded by the European Union under the name of OPTIMIZATION of  forming processes NI and CU alloy for electrical industry.

The aim of the project is to capture all the effects of the forming process at  the final electrical and mechanical features and to optimize the process of manufacturing spraying targets.

Start and end of project 7/2017 - 11/2017

RESEARCH AND DEVELOPMENT OF THE TECHNOLOGY for wires  production  from low allegation alloys

TH03020338

Another successful project, which  was supported and annouced by the Czech Republic’s Technology Agency within the  EPSILON program is the Research and developmentof the  technology for wires production from low allegation of  CU alloys  based on  Cu-Cr-Nb   for refractory conductors for nuclear power engineering. The aim of the project is to develop the technology of wires production from  low allegation copper alloys.

Start and end of project 01/2018 - 12/2020

Development of modified wire base Cu9Sn3B for repair welding

CZ.01.1.02/0.0/0.0/17_115/0012617

The project is focused on the development of technology of CuSn alloy wire processing for the purpose of repair welding of deep drawn vessels. CuSn alloy is a new type of alloy with high corrosion resistance in seawater and other aggressive media (eg acids). The aim of the project is to design and optimize the technological process of production. The output of the project will be a technological process of processing.
